Dimension Alley has been thriving in the heart of Berlin for the past two years, and now, recently has partnered with Bikini Berlin’s POP UP Fashion Temporary Outlet store. During the next two months, you will be able to see DimensionAlley, featured on the second floor of Bikini Berlin, located in Zoologischer Garten. They will be showing off a variety of printers, and offering different workshops that this year’s holiday shoppers might find quiet helpful.
“Berlin is a nest for young fashion designers. Pop up Fashion Berlin has created a space for designers to come together and sell their work in one of Berlin’s premier shopping malls.” Says Norma Barr; one of the co-founders of DimensionAlley 3D.
They will have intros on combining 3d printing and laser cutting for jewelry design, together with Elektrocouture. In addition, workshops for kids making holiday ornaments, while parents get some shopping done. Look out for tickets through Eventbrite.
Dimension Alley has two printers from the Italian manufacture Sharebot on display at the Pop Up #winteredition. First, the neat and compact Kiwi, perfect for entry level into 3D printing for jewelry. Along with, The Sharebot Voyager DLP resin printer. It uses the specialist IC fluid resin. Highly detailed pieces can be printed ready for metal casting using the print as a “lost wax” positive form.
Along with DimensionAlley, this event will be featuring some designers like; Elektrocouture, Miesnobis, Richerbeil, Buffet Clothing, and Qdesigns.
Dimension Alley was the first 3D printing café in Berlin, so they are no strangers to innovation, and cutting edge design. They will surely be Berlin’s small business to watch in this year’s Bikini Berlin’s Pop Up Fashion #winteredition.
